We ship with USPS First Class mail/Priority Mail and UPS Standard what ever lower cost to save shipping fees for our customers.

You will receive delivery in 2-8 business days depending on the delivery zip code.
Free Shipping Offer for most location in continental 48 States , AK/HI/PR and some of the special address may apply the shipping surcharge.

If you require Express services, please notify us in the comments section when you order online. We will contact you to confirm extra shipping costs when we start to process your order.

Return Policy

We offer all our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products starting from the date the order was received.

  • All claims for delivery shortages, damages and/or wrong item(s) shipped must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange or refund.
  • All returns need to be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).
  • RMA numbers are only valid for 7 days once issued and will not be re-issued.
  • Any return without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
  • Merchandise must be returned with all parts and accessories.
  • Original Shipping fees are not refundable, unless we agree to pay the charges.
  • We do not pay for the postage on returns and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (excluding damaged merchandise and/or wrong item received).
  • All returns must be in resell-able condition and returned in their original packaging. Any missing original packaging and/or messy packing may cause the restocking fee to increase to 50%.
  • Undeliverable returned packages (unclaimed, refused, wrong address or in customer reason) will be subject to a reshipping charge and/or a 20% restocking fee.

Special Regulations

Defective Disks (already burned)

Mega Disc Store will refund or make credit for or exchange any 'coasters' only under very special conditions like a recall or if a particular batch has a proven fault.

CD Jewel cases, DVD Storage Cases, Makeup and Tool cases Arriving Broken

We all carefully inspect every single order while pack to ship, if customer received a damaged merchandise, it most happened during shipping. To claim it, please send us few pictures to display the damage, include the merchandise it self and the external package.

To start the claim, please send Email indicating the order/invoice number and the quantity of the broken cases; in order to speed up the processing, please attach the pictures showing the broken cases.

Return/Refund Process

Once an RMA number is issued, customers need to mail out the merchandise within 7 days, and send us the return courier name and tracking number. This will help us locate your return.

We will ship any replacements under the customer's request within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
