I am a repeat customer. My last review I stated that I had one defective pack of inserts. They sent me a replacement NO questions asked. I have since bought a second case, and hope they will get the Silver cases in soon as I want two of them for my wife's gaming collection. It's rare that I'm excited about products nowadays, but I'm proud to have these gorgeous cases. I know they'll last for many years with good care and even a little rough care here and there.
